Row 80 is not a premium economy row! Even Iberia is more comfortable, despite the usual bad attitude of their crews Having traveled a lot with KLM I tried booking with Air France instead as I find the KLM Premium economy is not offering enough for the long flights. Air France Airbus A380 International Long-Haul 516PAX 2013/06/11 for Seat 73l SeatGuru User on The service was excellent with everyone being very friendly and personable. I liked watching the tail camera. Service is a little slow but staff is friendly All of Air France's A380's are showing their age, seats are worn and hard, entertainment system is slow and small screens. The seats in Premium Economy do not recline, they only slide down, like the ones in Spirit Airlines. I recently took a flight from LAX to CDG on this plane. No privacy. After 90 minutes on the phone they added it back in with no explanation or apology for the missing segment and the K-L seats or any upper deck duo seats no longer available. The seat is only 2 in a row but I'd prefer the window seat as it has a storage compartment below the window next to the seat. Kika C on i was able to eat get a message and make arrangements for paris. The seats seemed a little narrow but overall was an average economy seat with average comfort and average recline for a long-haul. SeatGuru User on This seat is ideal for travelling with a partner. As I stated, it was a bit surprising and disappointing. If you find yourself on the A380 in business class, it will behoove you to nab the bulkhead seats in rows 60 or 65, as you get some more legroom. Other passengers in 51 and 52 same problem 2015/05/15 for Seat 89k With the cameras, I was able to see what I would have seen from the windows!

I had space to put a messenger type bag under the seat and still have room for my feet. 2015/07/19 for Seat 91K Spacious seat (width & pitch), recline very limited. Definitively, for my netx travel to Europe I willchose another airline. SeatGuru User on 2018/06/21 for Seat 10B Avoid the A380 Air France business cabin if possible and try to fly a route with their 777 newer business cabin. This was the most uncomfortable seat I have ever sat in on a plane.. no cushioning in the seat.. felt like a board... the recline was minimal and an old fashioned manual slide technique.. felt old. It is the most comfortable plane in the sky and the most quiet, and has the most space, especially in Business. The Aircraft is very spacious. Equipment is dated - makes noise when changing position, screen is small and poor resolution, remote doesn’t work, and seat is marginally lay flat. Air France is a much improved airline in all aspects except its A380 business class flat bed . 2016/11/14 for Seat 92A and B Even the flight attendants constantly cross in front causing the need to move your feet or get tripped upon. Carry-ons will NOT FIT. Michael C on It does not have comfortable seats that recline as far as economy seats or a large tray table as advertised on the air france website and the tv folds into the armrest so that you cant watch anything during takeoff and decent/landing. László Sándor G on 2014/05/30 for Seat 22D 3. The seat itself is narrow (even narrower as 10B as flight entertaining systems are in both armrests. They may just have run out of chicken when they get to you. Wonderful trip. Row 90 is worth the extra cost. If seated on the left side of the cabin, you do not get easy access to the inflight "bar" (self-service drinks + snacks) or the stairs to take a walk since you need to cross the galley. Food was one of the best I have eaten in the air! 2015/04/15 for Seat 64A
