2019/03/11 for Seat 12D Each seat is equipped with AVOD (Audio Video on Demand) with a large selection of movies, television, games and other programming. Small, cramped seat (smaller than the same seat on Cathay or AA) with very limited storage in the seat area or in overhead lockers (no lockers in the middle of the cabin). Close to galley and toilets yes although hidden from direct toilet traffic. Wish i had checked thisnplan before i took the flight. Love travel? Please note that not all flights on the above routes are operated with the A350 aircraft, and the aircraft type may occasionally be changed at short notice due to operational reasons. On leisure or charter flights, Finnair charges per flight for access to the entertainment system. Good for a short haul flight but I prefer the window, Finnair was the first airline to select the A350 XWB and will be the first European airline in autumn 2015 to receive the all new Airbus Widebody. So I will not go Finnair again on this route.
Asian cabin crew should have ensured a high level of passenger service but several members need to up their standards! Comfortable seat, access to two windows, and amazing legroom. All seats aboard this aircraft have access to a USB port. Finnair’s A350-900 first cabin version features a two class configuration with 46 flat bed Business Class seats, 43 Economy Comfort seats with up to 4” of added legroom, and 208 standard Economy Class seats. But - and this is a bit sad to have to say: the so called business class they have is a bit of a disappointment. For me that makes the choice easy since they are also flying direct and price are not that much different. An error occurred while sending the data.

Also there is no seat pocket or other personal storage space for this seat. Cabin was much too warm for good sleep.
The biggest downside of the business class seat is the lower body space.

The A350 aircraft are currently in use on our routes between Helsinki and Bangkok, Beijing, Hong Kong, London, Shanghai, Seoul, Singapore and Tokyo. However, there is no window for the seat and the entertainment system is stowed under the seat. Rajat G on The airline began operating this route in late 2015 with the then new A350-900. 2016/07/13 A lot of disturbance is noted from these facilities. Pilots are also known to be of the very supreme standards.
Do not waste your efforts in writing directly to the CEO as he will not give you the courtesy of a reply or even an acknowledgement. They can sit or sleep on your leg rest while you sit. Very annoying...
