It’s not normal, but hopefully can be fixed!I always had back pain when I ran and sat for long periods, so I stopped jogging.. but I started a Bootcamp and once I had my core strengthened I started jogging again and now I run a lot, and never have any more back pain at all.. I’d suggest strengthening your core and then see how it is..Many times this is due to the short hamstring muscles who force posterior tilt of the pelvis which then causes the unnecessary pressure on the lumbar area…So, don’t forget to schedule a time to stretch, I do it about 8 hours apart from intensive workout.I started with 100 a day.
