The romper was a little small and I ended up returning it but the process was really easy.
I would not recommend ordering items from this company. I got them during their Cyber Monday sale, and it took about a weekish to arrive (which was about the same for other online stores), and I'm so happy with them! A couple of weeks ago I made a purchase of 184$ it took two weeks to come even though I paid for express shipping!
all in all, an average company with cute pieces, they should be more transparent though. I really like it. The clothes are completely translucent (including pants!) I also ordered 2 pairs of the same shoes but in different color and only one pair fits. But it would be nice to see quicker restocks. But it came within the time line of 7-14 days and the material was actually really nice. Their customer service is not good at all.

This is … I had to let customer service know on their live chat, which they were really helpful and professional with, and then they immediately emailed me a return label which I was able to print out and mail the incorrect item back. What you see is not what you get.
The cupon never worked we complained thy sent one more after one week and in the end it worked we choose what we wanted ro buy and the shipping was 75 euros!!!!! Clothing is really cute and they often have decent discounts.

also, make sure you immediately try the pieces on and send back, they do run you around a little and it can be frustrating.
