Plane was vey clean and comfortable.The inflight movie was terrible,the audio during the move had too much static and the video was not clear,again too much static poor quality.A better selection and variety for music with headset use.
Disaster, being disable, I had 2 people oversize (over 300 lbs) with me. IFE is almost non existent with an 8" screen every few rows. After aborting the approach, an emergency was declared and a safe landing ensued at a higher than normal speed. No room at all. Airtransat has recently expanded its fleet to include the worlds most popular plane.
Nothing fixed. The personnel, especially mister Sanche our flight director, was great. Once again, the climb was stopped and, this time, the flight was diverted to Varadero, Cuba for a safe landing.

The airplane came to Air Transat via the now defunct CanJet Airlines. The seat width and pitch are standard for this style of plane, 189 seats. However, a post flight inspection found substantial damage on the leading edge of the left side wing due to a bird strike. On takeoff from Puerto Plata, the climb was stopped at 5,000 feet and the aircraft returned to its point of departure for a safe landing.Not long after, on August 3, 2016, C-FYQO was flying from Holguin, Cuba to Montreal, Quebec when the same flaps problem occurred. The toilet seat pieces were held together with what appeared to be white medical tape.

Other than that everything was ok, aircraft was clean, people nice and flight on schedule. This seat is a normal seat and has no extra width or legroom, even if it is in row 3. The fleet currently consists of Airbus A330-300, Airbus A330-200, Airbus A310-300, Boeing 737-800 and Boeing 737-700 models. A piece of seat trim on the left side of the seatback for 2a was missing with wires exposed. Supposed to be a Club seat by blocking the middle one of 3 ( 1B) but beware the seats are all economy and all no more than 17 inches wide. Il était utile pour vous ?

An connector to the flaps #5 skew sensor was found to be at fault and was replaced.On September 21, 2013, C-FYQO was flying from Orlando, Florida to Montreal, Quebec and landed safely at the destination.
