I always fly JL017/18 between Vancouver and Narita, and despite the fantastic service, I am always disappointed with their "Flat Shell Neo" business seats. I don't know where SeatGuru got the idea that the legroom on this seat was restricted, as I saw legroom comparable to a "JL Sky Premium" premium economy seat.
