Three people have been taken to area hospitals in serious condition, fire crews report. Traffic incidents, weather road closures, active construction and maintenance closures information.
Two of the patients had to be extricated from their car.The accident closed both the inner and outer loop in Arbutus for some time.As of 8 a.m., heavy traffic delays are in place from Frederick Road on the outer loop and Washington Boulevard on the inner loop.
