He is survived by his mother Virginia Salgado, wife Manuela Salgado of 51 years, sons Richard Ybarra Salgado and wife Flor of Kansas, Michael Carlos Salgado Jr. and wife Paula of Andrews, Texas, 6 grandchildren Gabriel, Jacob, Andrew, Ariel, Isaac, Isaiah, and one great-grandson Michael, Also survived by siblings Cirilo Salgado and Isabelle, Fred Salgado, Tony Salgado and wife Margie, Manuela Salgado, Minnie Vasquez, Virginia Salgado, and many nieces and nephews.
