I'm also using Soft Piano from Spitfire Labs quite often (as well as the rest of the Labs products in a Kontakt form).I'm not sure if I could call one of them 'the best' felt piano. It wears out very slowly, but it does wear out. It features just the beautiful felt recordings and the basic controls you need for a great soft piano sound. They all are different and unique. I have the Kontakt version of the felt so it was easy. So new felt is in order in restoration and in pianos which get heavy use. Made for Kontakt FULL version 5.6.8 and above required. It's got a great tone, and is very versatile. Will NOT work on the free Kontakt Player.

The Noire is indeed very good piano - made by the galaxy instruments and they were sampling pianos for decades. This type of piano does not require much dynamic range.
