what procedure required pls help

Since more and more people are currently upgrading their SIM Card to 4G, there actually some network related issue also arise now. I have YU Yureka and 3G Aircel sim in it,2G works flawlessly in it but 3G is not working.I have tried all the APN Settings but i could not get HSPAP network but only EDGE network.

Please don’t think BSNL is work in your area.Bsnl 3G data card not working, Always shows recd, Kindly helpTo resolve this problem you should file a grievance immediately @and remember there should be no special characters while you type your issue, and mainly type like I recharged my SIM with 1098 unlimited data plan but after 1 GB I am unable to use data.and hardly withing 2 or 3 days your issue will be resolved, you may check your grievance status by searching google on bsnl site.My sim is 4G but working as 2G and 3G and a lot of network problem is there, It says unlimited data and speed reduces to 40 kb/sec after 2GB but net speed is too low.Pls don’t buy BSNL sim very bad experience, the internet is very slow and voice call also not clear.I am recharge 1098 STV unlimited data and voice pack but it suffering 2g speed, very bad experience having BSNL, now I think their is no body to help customers solved this problem, 10 time I call customer care and share own problems but they unknown about this issue, waste money and time.Same issue is with me and there is no help so tell me what did you do.My BSNL sim 4G network isn’t working, I just bought the sim yesterday and got it recharged with 3 month voice and data plan, My network is not working, Not able to use Internet.My name is Ameen, I have recharged for STV187.

there may be some problem with the sim card itself try contacting customer care at 1503@vmsanandh ... the only card which is working in 3G, Did you buy it directly as a 3G card ?
