There is no grain on the DVD nor the Cinema version so this is just an issue with the poor upscaling effort for Blu Ray.
The picture is clearer and has more detail than it has ever had before but there is also a heavy grain all the way through the movie which is worse in the darkly lit scenes ( which is most of the last half of the movie ).
