But I will answer your question anywayBoxing , muay thai and fitness will help.Just at only 15 years old you cant get very big musles and it is not recomended that kids under the age of 17 lift weights.You can do other body weight exercises(this will provide strenght(and Some musles) but not big musles such as weight training).Betwen boxing or muay thai I recomend you muay thai because it dont use just hands as in boxing,they use hands, elbows,knees and feets.Scared people are the ones who kill fast before things get frightening more and more.
