I'm not one to take a car salesman at his word. He said, "Did anyone tell you this will take 90 min to 2 hrs?" In the end we also purchased the extended warrany although we didn't really think we needed it since it was a Honda.My 5 star rating is specifically for my car salesperson, Manmohan "Birk." His attitude was accusatory and snarky. Went in for an oil change and they did about 10 other things I never asked for and tried to charge me for it.

I thought it was strange that I had to make an appointment to have a key cut, but whatever.
